Shipping

UK only, for now

We ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is on the roadmap but not yet active.

Carriers

We use Royal Mail for parcels under 2 kg and DPD for heavier and bulky parcels. We do not use Evri.

How prices work

Shipping is weight-based, calculated from the total shipping weight of every item in your basket. The bands at present are:

• Up to 500 g — £3.95
• Up to 2 kg — £4.95
• Up to 5 kg — £6.95
• Up to 10 kg — £9.95
• Up to 20 kg — £14.95
• Up to 30 kg — £19.95

Free UK shipping on orders over £75. Heavy games hit that threshold pretty quickly.

Despatch times

In-stock orders go out the next working day after payment, with tracking emailed when the parcel ships. Pre-orders ship on or near the published expected date — you'll get a confirmation email with tracking when each parcel goes out.

Mixed baskets (in-stock + pre-order)

By default, mixed baskets ship together when the pre-order arrives, so you only pay one shipping fee. If you'd rather have the in-stock items now, email us before the pre-order release date and we'll split the shipment.

Damaged or lost in transit

Email us within 14 days of expected delivery and we'll either refund or replace, whichever you prefer.
